Another one of our long-running Public Finance Talks, held by our department for many years, was carried out on the 100th anniversary of our Republic with the presentation of Asst. Prof. Dr. Halit Fikir titled "Budget Audit Before and After the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018".
